About Channel B4 Media
Founded in 2001 by owner Jonathon Stearns, Channel B4 Media develops and creates multimedia and video content. Based in Los Angeles, CB4M works in video production and video post, animation, motion graphics, flash, web and mobile design, music/audio production, consulting, and more. Clients include corporations, agencies, organizations, and individuals. CB4M also has strategic partnerships/collaborations with other production companies, marketing/ad firms, and designers. We maintain a roster of free-lance technicians, talent, and consultants.

Stearns Bio
Jonathon Stearns is a the owner and creative director of Channel B4 Media. He was trained at the SUNY Purchase Film Department, and lived in NYC for several years where he worked as a set/lighting designer and Art Director. He relocated to Los Angeles in the early 1990s, where he art directed music videos and commercials via Propaganda/Satellite Films, DNA, HSI, and others. By the mid 90s he was directing music videos through Original Film.

In 1998 Stearns took a full-time staff position directing original content for Quickband Networks, a now defunct Hollywood-based content producer. In 2001 he formed Channel B4 Media (originally called Return to Whatever Media), seeing an opportunity for a small, lean production entity that offered an array of multimedia services without requiring an extravagant overhead.

Stearns is also a musician and composer, performing and generating music for film/video, theater, and dance projects. He has recorded and/or performed with a range of artists, including Rickie Lee Jones, Ann Magnuson, Possum Dixon, The Geraldine Fibbers and with his own projects.

Stearns also creates entertainment content, and is currently developing a web series entitled "Copper Sky."
